Auburndale Warehouse Distribution Center – Auburndale, Florida
In partnership with Welbro Building Corporation, BRW is proud to be a part of the Dalfen Auburndale warehouse project just off I-4 and FL-559. Our scope provides earthwork, underground utilities, storm, and fire protection systems along with concrete sidewalks, curbs, dolly pads and paving for both onsite and offsite improvements for these 420,000 SF+ warehouses.
Sunlake Business Center – Lutz, Florida
In partnership with Frampton Construction, BRW is proud to be a part of Sunlake Business Center warehouse project at SR-54 and Sunlake Boulevard in Lutz FL. Our scope provides site clearing, earthwork, storm drainage installation, underground utilities, fire protection systems along with concrete sidewalks, curbs, asphalt paving, signage and striping for both onsite and offsite improvements for two warehouses totaling 361,000 SF. This 88 + acre site fits well with BRW’s capabilities.
Four Corners Bldgs. 100, 200 & 300 – Davenport, Florida
Sitework Services on a 50 acre site for the construction of 3 buildings totaling 790,000 sq ft. Completed April 2017.
Grand Oaks – Riverview, FL
Grand Oaks 75 Business Center Site work services for construction of a 170,000 SF business center building. Completed April 2017.
Centerstate Logistics Building 1 – Lakeland, FL
Sitework Services on a 70 acre site, including 500,000 yds of onsite cut and fill. This was for the construction of a 600,000 sq ft warehouse. Completed March 2018.
Woodsprings Suites – Brandon, FL
Site work services for the construction of a 4 story – 50,000 SF hotel. Completed December 2017.
Dollar Tree Distribution Center – Ocala, FL
BRW’s collaboration with H&M Construction and Dollar Tree is progressing well in the development of Phase 2 of the Distribution Center Project off Highway 484 in Ocala. The scope involves demolition, mass grading, building pad, storm system, sanitary, fire protection, concrete flumes, dolly pads, base coarse and asphalt.
Breakwater Intersection Improvements – Spring Hill, FL
Breakwater Blvd./US19 Intersection Signalization improvement. Completed July 2016.
Crosstown Walk Phase 1 – Brandon, FL
Sitework Services on a 15 acre parcel of land for the building of a 12 multi family complex. Completed June 2014.
Chewy.com Warehouse – Ocala, FL
Sitework services for the construction of a 612,000 sq ft Distribution Warehouse. Project included 100,000 yd of import fill. Completed February 2018.
Love’s Travel Stop – Davenport, FL
Site work services for an 11 acre site and a paved area of 270,000 SF. This project included 200,000 cubic yards of imported fill dirt. Completed April 2016.
