We started Avalon Park Amenity Center in April of 2018. We are at 85% completion – Performing utilities, earthwork, concrete and paving.

Avalon Park West kicked off in August 2018. Performing mass grading, storm water improvements, & Roadway Construction for the future home of Pinecrest Academy Charter School and Town Park.
